Iran's top negotiatior, Mohammad Bagher Ghlaibaf, says reopening the Strait of Hormuz is "not possible" while American maintains a naval blockade. Donald Trump has said he will extend a ceasefire until peace talks are concluded but Iran has continued to attack ships in the strait.
