When Shivarna Mitra bought her first home in Pudsey, she hoped for a fresh start. Instead, the semi-detached house next door was demolished without permission and never rebuilt. She says damp, pests and damage have left her family facing years of uncertainty. Cathy Killick went along to speak to Shivarna.
