A 150km Lake District hike for men’s mental health

Three men from the Staffordshire Moorlands have taken on a 150 kilometre hike through the Lake District to raise thousands of pounds for men’s mental health charity CALM. Former Stoke City defender Ryan Shotton, and friends Simon Bell and Martin Murphy, joined BBC Radio Stoke's Lee Blakeman to share the highs and lows of their six-day challenge and explain why the cause is so close to their hearts.
