The Ironbridge Gorge is hotting up over the May Bank Holiday weekend with a brand‑new festival, celebrating fire cooking, live music and family‑friendly entertainment. Hosted by Embers Café Ironbridge and live‑fire specialist Adam Purnell, aka 'The Shropshire Lad', the festival brings together acclaimed chefs, street‑food traders and musicians for two days at one of Shropshire's most iconic settings. BBC Radio Shropshire's Adam Green joined The Shropshire Lad as he prepared to cook up a storm at Dale End Park.
