Fire breaks out in Ross-on-Wye

Get the latest after a building fire broke out in a garage in the Herefordshire town. Six fire engines were in attendance, in addition to specialist appliances from Hereford and Malvern, after reports of an explosion in a garage. Station Commander Neil Lilwall explains the situation.
