Ukraine's President, Volodymyr Zelensky, has ordered an investigation after a Russian airstrike detonated munitions kept in warehouse close to a residential area outside Kyiv, killing dozens of people. Mr Zelensky said it was "horrific negligence" to store explosives near civilians. Meanwhile, rescue efforts continue in Nepal and Tibet, where a glacial collapse caused flooding and landslides; and the former home secretary, Sir James Cleverly, has announced he will stand to become the next London mayor.
