Expect Thai psychedelia from Khun Narin, Welsh fuzz from Tai Haf Heb Drigolyn, sounds from the seaside towns of Japan courtesy of Maya Ongaku and bike-riding tales from Berlin-based Jamaican producer Unkle G. There’s a huge stack of new releases this week, including Copenhagen’s Sofie Birch, Rotterdam’s The Hobknobs, Leeds’ Ancient Infinity Orchestra and Rio de Janeiro’s Negro Leo. Plus, Zakia hands over the Dreambience mix duties to Netherlands-based duo Tomo Katsurada and Jonny Nash. Their first record as a duo, At The Emerald Pool, came out earlier this week and showcases their fingerpicking guitar sounds alongside ethereal vocals.
