Don't worry – if you've already received tickets for a show, receiving an unsuccessful email does not mean your tickets are no longer valid.
This can happen if:
- You've applied for multiple recording dates in the same series. You may have been allocated tickets for one recording but been unsuccessful for the others.
- You've applied for the same show more than once, perhaps using different email addresses, different names, or by spelling your name differently on separate applications.
In these situations, our system may send an unsuccessful email for one application, even though another application has been successful and you've already received tickets.
If we ever need to cancel your tickets - for example, if a recording is cancelled or moved to a smaller venue with reduced audience capacity - we'll send you a separate email clearly explaining that your tickets have been cancelled.
