Have you confirmed your email address? 

After subscribing, you'll receive a confirmation email asking you to verify your email address.

If you haven't clicked the confirmation link, you won't be subscribed to the mailing list.

Check your spam or junk folder 

If you can't find the confirmation email, or you previously received our emails but they've stopped arriving, please check your spam or junk folder.

How do I add BBC Shows to my safe senders list?
