Days Like This

I went to on holiday to Tenerife in the summer, with my dad, sister and niece Jade. We stayed in a really nice hotel that had three brilliant swimming pools. We did all sorts of things we had some lovely meals out, saw a dolphin show, went shopping and went to the beach. We had such a god time I didn't want to go home, but it was finally time to go. We had to get up at 4.30 in the morning! Our plane was meant to take off at 8.OOam.

So we got to the airport and found out that our flight had been delayed until! 10.30. So we waited and walked around the airport until the plane was ready. We finally got on the plane and it was going well for about half an hour. Then we get an announcement that we have to turn back to Tenerife!

So we were back at the airport again waiting for the plane to be fixed. It got delayed a few more times after that. We eventually got on the plane at 11.3Opm!

I particularly remember this day because it was such a long, hard and tiring day!
