A Day To Remember

Ross McCue

My day to remember would be the time when I was 6 years old. It was Christmas day and I had gotten a bike. I was pleased because it was my first ever bike. The bike I had gotten was a yellow and black Apollo bike. My sister Louise got a B.M.X it was red and black. I remember hitting my ankle on the pedal constantly. My sister didn't like her bike because I quote "It's too boyish". I remember my dad telling her off because the bike was a lot of money. So since I liked her bike we swapped bikes. The B.M.X was black with red writing on it. It also had a back rest so you could lean back on it. It was a really good bike. Me and my sister were happy with our bikes even though we swapped.

There was one night in particular that I remembered was when one night me and ma friends Kate, Toby, Mason, Me and my sister invented a little course with our bikes round the block which was a football pitch big roughly. We were playing tag on this course until 11 pm and I was only 7 years old. I never used that bike again.
