Winter evenings I usually sit down at 5pm to listen to PM via digital on the TV, often with my knitting. Seen here is the cashmere Aran jumper I'm knitting for my husband for Christmas so he too will be warm as toast.

Listening to PM is my chill-out (or in this case warm up) hour after a day spent rushing around, before I have to think about getting supper. As for how long I've been listening to PM, how long has the programme been going? I go back to the days of the Home Service so have probably been listening for ever.

You'll see that the digital delay means the TV is still showing 'A Good Read', but I did take it at 5pm on the dot - honest!
