Trump says Iran has asked for a ceasefire
Our Washington correspondent explains President Trump's latest comments about the war.
Global stock markets have risen and the oil price has fallen, after President Trump again said the war against Iran could be over in a couple of weeks. He also claimed Iran had asked for a ceasefire which Washington would consider if the Strait of Hormuz was opened. Iran's foreign ministry described the claim as false and baseless. We speak to our Washington correspondent.
