Eritrea withdrawal from Ethiopia has ‘commenced’

In a press briefing in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa, the prime minister’s spokeswoman Billene Seyoum confirmed that Eritrean forces have started to withdraw from Tigray. They have been engaged in a bloody conflict there since November.
There were protests in Sudan today, as a large group of people gathered to highlight the killings of demonstrators during the uprisings of 2019.
