Uganda: ICC finds LRA commander guilty of war crimes

Dominic Ongwen has been convicted of war crimes at the International Criminal Court

The International Criminal Court found the LRA commander Dominic Ongwen, guilty of 61 charges relating to crimes including including murder, torture, rape and sexual slavery.
