Stockton 'lawless and completely out of control'

Business owners in an area of Stockton High Street say they're calling police three to four times a day due to the levels of crime in the town.

They say they see people using class A drugs on the pavement along with street fights and constant shoplifting.

Cleveland Police says it has dedicated teams working in the area, targeting those who cause harm to retailers, business owners and the public.
