A new choir comes together to sing, share personal stories and get people talking about hereditary cancer.
At the heart of it is BBC Radio Derby presenter Becky Measures, who discovered she carried the BRCA1 gene mutation and chose to have a preventative double mastectomy at the age of 24.
Alongside her mum and fellow singers, Becky takes a brand-new song from its first rehearsal to final recording, before it is played across Local BBC Radio.
To find out more about the campaign visit the BBC's Make a Difference: Derby page. Details of organisations offering help and support with cancer are available at bbc.co.uk/actionline.
