Milton Keynes author Della Judd discovered what happened to her great-great-uncle. William Wilfred “Ted” Roberts, served with the 4th Royal Fusiliers during the First World War. He was court-martialled for desertion and executed by firing squad on 29 May 1916. Della told his story to Andy Collins.
