Fripp: 'Our standards have been incredibly high'

Albion Women interim head coach Charlie Fripp on their 3-1 win over Birmingham City PGA in the National League Cup group stage. The victory sealed their path to the knockout stages and it was also their fifth win in a row in all competitions. Fripp is in charge while boss Siobhan Hodgetts-Still is on maternity leave and spoke to Steve Hermon about getting the role and the progress of the women's setup at the club in recent years. They play in the National League Northern Premier Division, which is the third tier of the women's football pyramid.
