North Yorkshire concerns over digital landlines

The old copper phone network will be switched off in January and the UK's telephone network will be completely digital. Amy Oakden hears from Cecily Fearnley, who lives in Goathland, which is regularly affected by power cuts, about her concerns.

Paul Addison also speaks to Charles Chapman from Age UK Durham's Digital Inclusion Programme who explains how they're helping people in rural communities make the switch.
