How Harry Eddom survived the 1968 disaster that changed Hull forever.
When the Hull trawler Ross Cleveland sank in a ferocious storm in 1968, it was thought there were no survivors. Against the odds, Harry Eddom endured more than 36 hours in freezing conditions before reaching shore. His remarkable rescue by a teenage Icelandic shepherd forged a lasting link between Hull and Iceland.
