The effects of noise pollution

Harry Whitehead reports on noise pollution and how it affects peoples health. Nurse, Ana Fernandes, discusses the issues she has with noise pollution while on night shift.

The company, C8 Mechanical & Electrical, that is responsible for the warehouse near Anna's house has provided a response to her concerns: 

"We operate strictly within local Environmental Health guidelines. While we sympathize with the resident's night-shift schedule, our daytime works are fully compliant and legal.

We take our responsibilities as a local builder and neighbour very seriously. We are fully aware of the disruptions that construction can cause and work strictly within approved Environmental Health guidelines and hours to minimize impact.

The major external phases of our project are concluding over the next two weeks, and we remain committed to minimizing any further minor inconvenience to the surrounding community."
