Holme Fen wildfire a ‘massively complex’ challenge

The second blaze at the Holme Fen Nature Reserve near Peterborough has proved ‘massively complex’ for those trying to contain it.

Cambridge Fire and Rescue Service have spent days tackling the second blaze there in recent weeks.

As Paul Joslin discovers, much of the challenge comes from it being on peatland.
