Yvonne Sampey talks to the BBC's Stuart George about the importance of respite, after the refurbishment of a Newcastle centre. The Willow Brook respite centre has officially reopened after a one and a half million pounds refurbishment, and Yvonne's son has been using the service for 11 years.
