Poet Ian McMillan serves up ode to fish and chips
Artist Paul Digby and poet Ian McMillan are celebrating fish and chip shops from Northumberland to Norfolk, in an exhibition at Grimsby’s Fishing Heritage Centre, which opens next year. The pair chat to BBC Radio Humberside’s Kofi Smiles about whether it’s curry sauce or beans, scraps or bits and their shared love of haddock, chips and mushy peas.
