Heritage heroes helping the next generation of potters
The 'Our Time, Our Place, Our Heritage' project is being put on by the British Ceramics Biennial, as a way of inspiring the next generation into the industry. Grace Jones (far left in image), a 22-year-old ceramics student, has been paired with 'heritage hero' Gordon Brookes, a model maker who has worked at Wedgwood and Royal Doulton, for a series of workshops. BBC's Lee Blakeman spoke with them both all about it.
