How to get a marmalade-and-toast ice cream

The limited edition flavour is in honour of Paddington star Hugh Bonneville and his appearance at the 2026 Hay Festival, by Herefordshire/Wales-based creators Sherpherds.

The ice cream shop has previously created one-off flavours with previous honourees including actors Stephen Fry and Miriam Margolyes.
