Safe Nights Out? Liverpool Tries Halo Points

Liverpool has introduced new “Halo Points” across the city centre nightlife scene — brightly lit safety points linked directly to 999 and monitored by CCTV. The scheme aims to help anyone feeling unsafe on a night out and forms part of wider efforts to tackle violence against women and girls.
