'Reaching out for support is incredibly hard'
Being a family carer is an often invisible - yet vital - role.
Kumar Patel has, for years, been the primary carer for his adult daughter Priya who has Aspergers. They've been speaking to BBC Leicester's Kevin Ncube.
Long Field Spencer Academy in Melton put on weekly session to give back to dozens of their students who are caring for someone in their family. Nicola Evans from the school spoke to BBC Leicester's Chance Litchfield.
