What's it like doing watersports in your 80s?

Geoff, 81, and Peter, 78, both take part in watersports at Lee Valley White Water Centre.

They're members of the University of the Third Age's senior paddle group, and say it's a great way to keep active and meet new people.

The annual funded programme has been running since 2019, with several of those in their 70s and beyond, having gone on to paddle regularly.
