"I think 14 houses is overdoing it a little bit"
John Fernandez reports on a successful planning application that has been challenged at a judicial review.
14 new homes in the Vale, which did have planning permission, now don't.
The developers Hillstone sent us a statement saying they were working with the Development and Planning Authority on the next steps.
Whilst the DPA say challenging the judicial review has cost taxpayers £50,000.
