The Racing Pod: What does a valet do?

Bryony Harris and Trevor Owens introduce Mark, Phil and Lewis, who have decades of experience between them. They describe the job of a valet as picking up (often cleaning) jockeys' gear, from one part of the country, to another. The valets often saddle horses and prepare jockeys, who often ride several horses at a single meet.
