Potholes so bad roads need 'stripping back to bedrock'
Claudia Robinson looks at how bad potholes are across Teesside, County Durham and North Yorkshire after a survey from the Asphalt Industry Alliance revealed that a pothole would have to be filled every three minutes, every day, for 10 years to fill them all in across our area.
