Consumer champ Matt Allwright warns why we need to watch out - as they can follow different rules to high street names and don't have to sign up to certain fraud protection. He shares the pros, like how convenient they are, but also the downsides as many of them run with chatbots rather than customer service agents. He tells us why upcoming changes will force ALL banks to protect your cash if you get scammed.
