Traitors' Mollie Pearce: Poo shouldn't be embarrassing

Mollie Pearce from Nailsea took part in the last series of the BBC hit show Traitors.

When Mollie was 11 she was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and is now using her platform to talk about why there needs to be more awareness of the disease.
