Post WWI pictures of Nuneaton discovered in a desk in Texas
A collection of photographs from a post-World War I British photographer has been discovered hidden in a piece of furniture in the United States.
Brad Knox said his wife Anni had bought the distinctive bureau at a sale near their home in Austin, Texas, in December 2023.
Prof. Knox found the images in the draws, which led him to research the photographer, who he discovered came from Nuneaton.
He spoke to BBC CWR's Phil Upton about the discovery and his newfound appreciation for the Warwickshire Borough.
