Villagers shunned me when I closed the post office
John Hanna says a faulty IT system was the last straw for his business in Studham. He’s only now come forward after watching the TV drama, Mr Bates vs The Post Office, and realised hundreds of other sub-postmasters and sub-postmistress also had problems with the Horizon computer system. Like many of them, he paid for the repeated alleged shortfalls using his own money.
