Unsung Hero award for Norfolk gym founder
The BBC Sports Unsung Hero Award is part of the BBC Sports Personality of the Year ceremony each December. Nominated by the public, the award is given to the sportsperson who has made a substantive yet unrecognised contribution to sport. Co-founder of Able2B - a gym that helps children and adults with disabilities to optimise their aerobic fitness and muscle strength - Rachael Hutchinson from Norwich was nominated locally for this award… and Chris Goreham has some good news.
