A life changing decision

Aimee Woosnam from Shrewsbury says she was left with a choice- anorexia or running.
She spoke to BBC Radio Shropshire's Richard Tisdale about how she's battled with anorexia nearly all of her adult life until she joined a running club which changed her life forever.
