The man who wants running to be for everyone
Martinus Evans wants people to know that anybody can run in the body that they have.
He's the author of a new book, The Slow AF Run Club, named after a movement he set up to encourage people of all sizes to put on their running shoes and take to the streets. He weighs in at 300 Ibs, that's about 136kg - and he's run eight marathons.
He's been telling James Coomarasamy how he took up the sport.
