The Legacy and Reconciliation Bill has come under scrutiny for breaching Human Rights Law.

A Westminster Joint Committee on Human Rights - made up of MP's and peers - has urged the government to reconsider its approach following legislative scrutiny of the Legacy and Reconciliation Bill as it risks widespread breaches of human rights law.
