Man convicted of drink driving pleads for licence back to help family in coronavirus lockdown

A drink driver who says he's sorry for what he did. He was banned from driving for a year. But he wants his driving license back, to help him care for his grandmother during coronavirus. Is he essentially looking to be made a special case, despite endangering the lives of other road users? Or is he a young man just trying to put things right?
