Social Care 4: ‘It’s not about willingness, it’s about capacity’
Anna Perrott and her father John must decide how to care for their grandmother Rita, who is currently in respite care in a care home, paid for by Norfolk County council. Rita was living with John but after major surgery, he is unable look after her.
In the fourth of his series on social care, reporter Andrew Bomford speaks to John and Anna about how they would now like Rita to be cared for.
