Oroville Dam: Spillway was close to collapse
More than 100,000 people living near the tallest dam in the United States have been ordered to leave their homes because a damaged overflow channel is in danger of collapse.
Doug Carlson, from the California Department of Water Resources, says things are looking positive as they have managed to get the water below the level of the 'spillover point'.
