Berlin truck eyewitness: 'It didn't feel like an accident'

Emma Rushton was at the Berlin Breitscheidplatz Christmas market when the truck ploughed into the stalls, killing at least nine. She said what she saw had not seemed like an accident, and that the vehicle had driven into the market with no sign of slowing down.
