NHS Prep decision 'arbitrary' says former minister
The NHS England decision not to provide preventative HIV drugs was "extraordinary" given that it saves both lives and money, says former health minister Dr Dan Poulter.
The Conservative MP tells the World at One that pre-exposure prophylaxis (Prep) should not have been ruled out for "arbitrary" cost saving reasons.
