Billy Crystal remembers his favourite performance - his show Fifteen Rounds, based on Muhammad Ali's career from aged 18 to 36, performed for 20,000 people at LA's The Forum in 1979. He caught up with Ali after the show - the man who 'thrilled us, angered us, confused us, ultimately became a silent messenger who told us that life is best when you build bridges between people, not walls'.
