Natalie Bennett "Green Party offer genuine alternative"
Natalie Bennett, the Green Party leader, says her party offers a "genuine alternative" to the Conservatives' "austerity heavy" and Labour's "austerity light".
Ms Bennett confirmed the party's "citizen's income". Paying everyone in the country £72 a week would be in the party's manifesto.
"In the world's sixth richest economy, we have to provide for everyone's basic needs, and we have to do that within the limits of our one planet," she said.
Natalie Bennett added the Greens were now the "third largest party in England and Wales" and were working "very hard to send a strong group of Green MPs to Parliament."
