In Southampton, the team comes to the aid of Ahmed and Rifat, a profoundly deaf couple whose dream home became a nightmare after a rogue builder abandoned the project. With three young children, no savings left and living on a building site, they need help to complete their home and make it work for their family's needs. Nick and the team call on the local community to transform both the house and the family's future.
