Matt Tebbutt brings a bounty of delicious recipes from favourite Saturday Kitchen chefs.

Greg Marchand kicks off our menu with one of Matt’s favourite recipes, a rich and indulgent vin jaune and cheddar sauce finished with a touch of freshly grated black truffle. Olly Smith turns sous chef as he helps Richard Bainbridge to make a beautiful restaurant-worthy tart that can be made at home, layering aubergines and cherry tomatoes with a sundried tomato and sunflower pesto served on top of a courgette and basil purée.

Nadiya Hussain transforms the flavours of samosas into a keema pie with a zingy charred mango and rice salad, Josh Niland showcases his pioneering nose-to-scale cooking philosophy with his sweet and sour mackerel, and Carmen O’Neal makes three vodka infusions and turns them into three delicious cocktails.

Finally, Emma Willis tucks into either her food heaven, chicken pathia with cauliflower bhajis, or her food hell, roasted cod with beetroot pickle.

Meanwhile, Rick Stein shares his secrets to perfecting the art of cooking steak and chips, and the Hairy Bikers cook a Provençal classic with a pretty impressive view.
